Tbaj Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the tbaj (tbaj.onl) platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tbaj and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing the tbaj platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written to be clearly understood by tbaj's Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

Tbaj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register on tbaj, you must provide accurate and complete information. tbaj reserves the right to terminate any account created using false information.

Account Rules:

• Each person may open one account only. If multiple accounts are suspected, all associated accounts may be suspended.
• Keep your account password confidential. Allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the account verification (KYC) process is completed.
• To update the name or mobile number provided at registration, please contact our support team.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact tbaj Support immediately.

The tbaj platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use by minors is completely prohibited.

• During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Tbaj may request a national ID or other documents for age verification at any time.
• If a user is found to be a minor, their account will be immediately terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Tbaj supports transactions via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200. Maximum limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals on KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance. Wagering requirements must be met first.
• Tbaj reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions.

Tbaj regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Please read the applicable terms carefully before using any of these offers.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement. Typically, you must wager 15x–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonuses must generally be used within a set time limit. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Some games do not count toward bonus wagering requirements, or count only partially. This is noted in each game's details.
• Each member may claim any bonus offer once only.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, tbaj reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

All games on tbaj are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Every game outcome is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is fully fair and verifiable.

• If a technical error causes an uncertain game outcome, that round may be declared void.
• If your internet connection drops, your game state is saved on the server. You can resume the game once you reconnect.
• Each game may have a maximum win cap, which will be stated in the game details.
• Tbaj takes strict action against cheating, match-fixing, or the use of software to gain an unfair advantage.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbaj platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Placing low-risk bets strategically to meet bonus conditions (bonus abuse).
• Fraudulent activity using the tbaj name or logo.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

Tbaj takes the security of your personal data seriously. We never sell your information to third parties.

You can request to close your tbaj account at any time. Equally, tbaj may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• In compliance with legal directives or court orders.

After account closure, any remaining balance will generally be processed for withdrawal within 5–7 business days, provided no Terms violations have occurred.

Tbaj provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. tbaj will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Gaming interruptions due to internet connectivity issues.
• Technical errors from third-party game providers.
• Unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance breaks.
• Issues caused by the user's own device or software.

Tbaj reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please request to close your account.
